Non clinical creative well being / therapeutic art's session's for midlife women.

A space for women to rediscover themselves, stop feeling lost and reclaim a sense of purpose and meaning through creative expression

The middle can feel weird and messy.

the middle of change, big feelings, care giving,

feeling alone, menopause, shifting identity, wanting more.

Does this sound like you?

“I’ve lost interest in everything that used to light me up.”

“I miss myself… whoever that was.”

“I don’t even know what I want anymore.”

"No one gets it."
“I’m craving something deeper - but I don’t want therapy.”

Or maybe you are simply longing for more joy, meaning and self-expression, oh I hear you loudly!

What is Middle Mess Therapeutic Arts ?

Middle Mess is a creative, non-clinical space for midlife women to slow down, release, and reconnect to what matters  through guided therapeutic arts and intuitive reflection.

Here, we use art-making, journalling and presence to explore:

Emotional overwhelm

Identity shifts in perimenopause and midlife

Lost creativity

The ache for meaning and depth

No artistic skills needed.

Through this process, you can experience more joy , emotional relief, nervous system regulation, and a renewed sense of self. It becomes not just about art-making, but turning to art-making and connection as an anchor and outlet during all the seasons and up's and down's of life.

Because the changes you're moving through aren't just "in your head" and you're not being dramatic, too sensitive, or "difficult." Here, your experiences are valid, your energy levels are respected, and your emotional landscape is met with care, not correction. I understand that midlife can bring brain fog, sleep disruption, body changes, rage, grief, and a deep questioning of who you are. This space is designed with all of that in mind. You won’t be rushed, dismissed, or expected to push through. Instead, you'll be met with warmth, flexibility, and the freedom to show up exactly as you are. Whether you're in perimenopause, menopause, or just figuring it out, you're not alone and you won’t be treated like an afterthought.
